I often tell people that lifting helped me find myself – it helped me see that I was stronger than I gave myself credit for, and I was here for more than just looking a certain way. It helped me get out of the cycle of calorie restriction and over-exercising in a constant quest to be small; a goal I was told I should have but wasn’t mine in my heart.
I am passionate about strength training for what it did for me and for what I know it can do for other women.
Life is too short to spend it doing things you don’t love. Fitness should be something that adds to your life, not something that takes away.

Semi-Private Strength Coaching
Semi-private coaching provides all the benefits of 1:1 training with the support and energy of a small group. With a focus on balance to create a healthy lifestyle, semi-private coaching will give you the tools to feel strong and confident.
Semi-private coaching includes:
- up to three 90 minute sessions per week,
- individual programming,
- initial consultation to assess movement patterns and go through your history and goals,
- monthly goal setting and and progress assessments,
- mindset and nutrition support,
- maximum of five ladies per group.
If you want more one on one connection, I do have limited 1:1 coaching spots available.
1:1 coaching is available in 6 week blocks.
